Social networking is an extension of guanxi - relationships that facilitate business throughout China and the world. Now the internet allows us to expand this concept much further.
ChinaContact uses social networking to extend the reach beyond what traditional media can offer and get more people involved in China's tourism business. We feel that there is still a wide gap in understanding between China and the rest of the world and do our part in filling that gap in the travel and hospitality sectors.
Our own networking forum is the ChinaContact Tourism Network. You can see the latest activity in the network on the right.
The network is not only a place to meet other people interested in Chinese tourism industry but also where you can find a wealth of information about Chinese outbound tourism, Chinese inbound tourism, domestic tourism, online travel in China, sales and marketing in China, etc.
Discussion forums and groups let members post questions and discuss topics of interest. Relevant videos and audio files are uploaded to share more knowledge with the members. If you are in any way interested in tourism and hospitality in China, you should join the network and start exploring. Almost all areas of the network are FREE OF CHARGE to join. The only paid area is the China Advice Hub, where subscribers receive individual and targeted advice on their business by ChinaContact Managing Director, Roy Graff.
